This leads to a significantly higher consistency of the glass transition temperature and higher strength at elevated temperatures especially in conditioned state.

The outstanding friction and wear properties enable the use for demanding components exposed to tribological stress. Moreover the material corresponds to the European food guideline EU 10/2011 and to the American FDA 21 CFR.
