AKROMID®
AKROMID® A3 1 S3 ECO black (8740) is an unreinforced, impact modified Polyamide 66 with improved CO₂ reduced-footprint, achieved through the use of chemically recycled polymer. The formulations of the sustainable ECO products are partly based on regenerated post-industrial feedstock (PIR). The use of by-products further contributes to reducing the CO₂ footprint.. It is characterised by a medium dry impact strength whilst maintaining good flowability and low emission. Furthermore, the material is heat stabilised and therefore perfectly suitable for connecting and fixing systems which are used at elevated temperatures in the automotive and electronic industry. Its good flowability qualifies the material for processing in multi-cavity moulds.
