AKRO-PLASTIC produces high-strength polyamide compounds. The latest development is AKROLOY® PARA ICF 40 (6128) black, a 40% carbon fibre reinforced polyamide. With almost 40 GPa stiffness and 420 MPa flexural strength it is one of the strongest grades in our portfolio. The bucket produced by our Brazilian customer Ucelo do Brasil (https://www.ucelo.com.br/) shows the outstanding characteristics of this grade. The video is shows a stress test with a 6.5 tons tractor with almost 3.5 tons tare weight on the back wheels.
