AKROMID® T5 GF 50 8 black (6205) is a 50% glass fibre reinforced polyphthalamide with very high stiffness and strength. The compound fulfills the requirements according to the KTW guidline for cold and hot water and the DVGW worksheet W 270.

Typical applications

Mainly components in domestic and industrial applications that are in contact with food or drinking water.

Processing information

The listed values are recommendations. Higher values should be used for higher glass loadings. We recommend only de-humidifying or vacuum dryers. Extensive drying can cause filling problems and surface defects.
