LICENSING AGREEMENT
AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH is the specialist for innovative and application-oriented plastic compounds. The German based compounder and the Polish company Grupa Azoty Compounding (GAC) signed a consultancy and know-how licensing agreement beginning of 2018.
GRUPA AZOTY COMPOUNDING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ and AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH to cooperate in Compounding Technology
This contract includes the construction and commissioning of a compounding plant based on the ICX® Technology concept which AKRO-PLASTIC developed together with its sister company FEDDEM GmbH & Co. KG at GAC’s site in Tarnow, Poland. The standardised plant concept includes the building planning and the complete construction of the compounding unit including peripherals by the End of 2018/beginning of 2019. GAC intends to satisfy, with the product coming from new plant, the demand of the customers on Polish market mainly.
